RULES
STAGE SIZE: Default (550X400)
STAGE COLOR: White (make your own background)
FPS: 24
SOUND: You can use your own soundfx or whatever you like, I'll put a song to it later.
NAME: Put your name somewhere the animation so people will know it's yours :)
MEDIUM: Use whatever you want (FBF or anything else) but please not just a tween.
RATING: Aim for a PG-13 rating or lower (no porn)

the headlights would shine normally, what i think you meant to ask is if the horn was blowing, in that case, I DO NOT KNOW!
